Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Unfortunately, Ballito Manor Beach 405 is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given.
