The apartments do not accept guests under 25 years of age. Guests will be charged for cleaning the room, depending on the category: 1-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony – CAD 70.00, 1-Bedroom Suite – CAD 60.00, Apartments, apartments with 1 bedroom – CAD 100.00. For stays of 28 days or more, a deposit of CAD 500 will be charged. The property does not have a front desk and uses a self-check-in system, so all requirements must be met before the guest arrives online. Additional payments cannot be paid in cash. Guests must contact the hotel in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The deposit is automatically refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during the guest's stay, in which case the deposit is non-refundable.
