Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: THB 2000.00 per stay
• Cleaning fee: THB 1000.00 per accommodation, per night

This property charges consumption-based water and electricity fees for stays of more than 6 nights. The electrical usage will be charged at THB 8 per kilowatt, and the water will be charged at THB 28 per cubic metre.
