Noise from 23:00 to 09:00. Violation of this rule leads to immediate eviction without refund of the deposit; 3. Not discarded garbage, unwashed dishes, dirt. It is prohibited to leave garbage on stairwells and other public areas of the building; 4. Smoking. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of cigarettes, hookah, tobacco and other smoking mixtures; 5. The use of additional sets of bed linen and towels without approval; 6. Moving furniture; 7. Causing material damage to the apartment and communal property; 8. Loss of apartment keys; 9. Late departure. Check-out must be made before 11:00.
