To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Reasons why the deposit may be withheld: 1. There are more people living in the apartment than stated; 2. Noise from 23:00 to 09:00. Violation of this rule leads to immediate eviction without refund of the deposit; 3. Not discarded garbage, unwashed dishes, dirt. It is prohibited to leave garbage on stairwells and other public areas of the building; 4. Smoking. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of cigarettes, hookah, tobacco and other smoking mixtures; 5. The use of additional sets of bed linen and towels without approval; 6. Moving furniture; 7. Causing material damage to the apartment and communal property; 8. Loss of apartment keys; 9. Late departure. Check-out must be made before 11:00. Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00 is free, from 21:00 to 23:00 it is 500.00 RUB, from 23.00 to 9:00 it is 1,500.00 RUB.
