Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The following actions are not permitted during the stay in the apartment: 1. Accommodation for more people than was indicated at the time of booking. 2. Noise from 11:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund of the deposit. 3. Leaving dirty dishes, dirt, garbage in the apartment, on the stair landings, or in other common areas of the building. 4. Smoking. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of cigarettes, hookahs, tobacco, and other smoking blends. 5. Using additional sets of bed linen and towels without prior agreement. 6. Moving large furniture. 7. Causing material damage to the apartment and the property of the building. 8. Loss of the apartment keys. 9. Delayed check-out.
