Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To confirm the reservation, the guest must contact the apartment representatives within one day of booking and pay a deposit for the first night's accommodation. The contact details are given in the booking confirmation. If the advance payment is not received within 1 day after booking, the booking will be cancelled automatically. For smoking any kind of cigarettes or smoking mixtures, a fine equal to the security deposit will be charged. The deposit will be returned to the guest within 24 hours after check-out, cleaning and inspection of the apartment, if there are no complaints regarding the condition of the apartment and the property. To conclude a contract, you need a passport and documents for all guests. Check-in is before 08:00 PM. Late or early check-in / check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. It is forbidden to hold events and parties in the apartments, make noise from 09:00 PM to 08:00 AM, smoke, drink alcohol, walk in street shoes, live with animals. Unauthorized persons are not allowed in the apartments. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to check in. During their stay, guests independently maintain the cleanliness and order in the apartments - for this there are all the necessary accessories.
