Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Children under 2 years old can stay in the room for free without a bed, provided that the number of guests does not exceed the total capacity of the room. An additional set of bedding can be provided for an additional fee of RUB 500.00. Early check-in/check-out is possible upon request. To check in, you must have: a passport for signing a contract and a security deposit of RUB 5000.00-10000.00. The insurance deposit is refunded after checking the apartment, but not earlier than the end of cleaning on the day of departure, if the check-out was no later than 03:00 PM, or during the day, if the check-out was later than 03:00 PM. The accommodation facility cooperates with individuals and legal entities and accepts all types of payments. For legal entities, non-cash payment is made to the organization's account. Smoking is not allowed in the chain of apartments,as well as noisy events and parties. A fine of RUB 5000.00 will be charged for violations of the accommodation rules. Business hours are from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM, so check - in and check-out during the period from 08:00 PM to 09:00 AM is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00.
