A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 35 per person or bring their own. Please inform Monolocale Alberti Rainalter in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the lift only reaches the first floor. Some apartments can only be reached by stairs. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site.
