Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To check in to the hotel, guests must provide a certificate of the epidemiological environment. A prepayment of 30% of the cost of living. Prepayment is due by bank transfer within 5 days of the invoice. If guests cancel the prepayment later than 10 days before arrival, the cost of living is charged at the rate of 1 day without paying for food, less than 5 days before arrival — the cost of living is kept at a rate of 2 days without paying for food. The hotel has opened a trampoline town and a car track for children. The trampoline town and the auto track are open daily from 08:00 PM to 10:00 PM. All locations on the territory of More Spa & The resort is free for hotel guests.
