This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when booking for two people, a double room with bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace will be provided. For the use of the second double room with bathroom we charge 20,00€/night extra.
