Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. There will be no hot water from 08/24/2024 to 08/26/24. There will be no cold water from 08/29/24 to 08/31/24. Guests are required to pay a prepayment of 1 night's stay. Check-in is contactless. Guests are kindly requested to communicate their estimated time of arrival by phone one day prior to arrival. Check-in after 23.00 is possible only by prior agreement. Upon check-in, a security deposit must be paid by transfer using a card number or a QR code. The deposit is returned after the guest checks out and the apartment is checked, before the end of the check-out date (until 11:59 PM), also by bank transfer.
