Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Rules of accommodation: Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement. Smoking and partying are prohibited, violation of this rule will result in the retention of the deposit. Only the number of guests indicated in the booking can stay. Photo and video filming is possible only by prior arrangement. For stays of more than 1 week, mandatory cleaning and linen change are provided. The refundable deposit is refunded after cleaning before 10:00 PM. Contactless check-in. Guests can check into the apartment on their own without contacting the administrator. A form for signing an electronic contract will be sent to the guests the day before arrival. It is necessary to attach passport photos, after which guests will receive instructions on how to check in, with a description and photos of how to enter the apartment. The deposit is paid after guests enter the apartment. If guests require additional blankets, please write in advance. They are paid separately — RUB 200.00 per blanket.
