Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Pets are only allowed upon request and only one small or medium sized pet is allowed. Guests should inform the property in advance about their arrival time. Check-in takes place from 2 PM to 10 PM. If guests check in between 10 PM and 2 PM, an additional fee of RUB 300.00 will be charged. It is possible to accommodate business travelers with the provision of reporting documents. The apartments are not rented out for events. Paid additionally: - early check-in before 09:00 AM — 100% of the booking price; - early check-in after 09:00 AM — 50% of the booking price; - late check-out until 06:00 PM — 50% of the booking price; - late check-out after 06:00 PM — 100% of the booking price.
