Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. All guests are required to sign a contract and take a selfie with their passport upon arrival. For stays with more than two children, the refundable deposit increases to RUB 10000.00. Guests must contact the hotel in advance. After booking, guests must contact the apartment administrator to receive check-in instructions. Booking on the day of arrival is possible until 9:00 PM: guests must contact the apartment administrator from 09:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. 24-hour check-in, check-in is carried out remotely. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. When booking for 1 day, cleaning is paid additionally. Children aged 0 to 2 years can be provided with a cot as an extra bed. The following is prohibited in the apartments: - smoking, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs and mixtures; - disturbing the peace from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM; - holding parties and other mass events. For violation of the rules: a fine in the amount of the security deposit, as well as the amount of the administrative fine and damage caused.
