Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. After booking, you must contact the representative to specify the time of arrival, as the apartment does not have a 24-hour front desk. Check-in is until 6:00 PM. At check-in there is a one-time fee for bed linen in the amount of 100 rubles per person. Visa support for foreign guests is not provided. Guests are required to present their passport upon check-in. For children aged 13 and younger, a birth certificate is required. A prepayment of 1 night's accommodation is required before arrival.
