Please note that during opening hours, guests can pick up their keys at the office Am Bahnhofplatz 1b (opposite the train station, the same building as taxi company). Outside these hours, guests can access a key box to the right of the office, below the carport Am Bahnhofsplatz 1b. They will receive the PIN for the box in a separate booking confirmation. On arrival guests receive electronic guest-cards. The cards are pre-loaded with free use of the local bus and price reductions for the Oberstdorf Therme Spa Park, Breitbachklamm Waterfall, local museums, etc
