It is forbidden to hold noisy events and parties in the apartment, and for persons under the age of 18 to live unaccompanied by adults. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. It is forbidden to make noise from 22:00 to 09:00 and disturb neighbors, smoke in the apartment and on the balcony; guests are obliged to take care of the property in the apartment. The apartment administration asks guests to take out the trash, including from the bathroom; not leave dirty dishes, not stain textiles with wine, coffee, food, etc. Guests are also asked to take care of bedding and bath accessories. The security deposit is refunded to the card before 00:00 on the day of departure after cleaning and receiving a report from the administrator on the condition of the accepted apartment.
