Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From 15/07/24 to 01/08/24 (inclusive), a planned shutdown of hot water is carried out. For the period of hot water outage, public showers are open on the 2nd, 4th and ground floors. Bathrobe is available upon request and is paid separately. On the second and fourth floors of the hotel, showers with hot water will be open around the clock for free access.
