Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To improve the quality of services provided, repairs are currently being carried out in part of the hotel rooms and other hotel premises. Repairs are carried out on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM and can be accompanied by noisy work. The property apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks guests for their understanding. When new taxes or fees are introduced, the price of a hotel room increases by the amount of taxes or fees calculated in accordance with the procedure established by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The accommodation facility has restrictions on the operation of the Sports Center due to planned repairs and general cleaning in January 2025: - the pool will be closed from January 9 to January 26 inclusive; - Jacuzzis, saunas and hammams will be closed from January 9 to January 15 inclusive. The gym, group exercise studios and tanning facilities will remain available as normal. The International passport of the Russian Federation is valid only for citizens permanently residing outside the Russian Federation. - Foreign citizens must have with them an original passport with a valid visa (if it is required to enter the territory of the Russian Federation), a migration card and registration from the previous place of stay (if the hotel is not the first place of stay after entering the territory of the Russian Federation); - For children under 14 years of age – the original birth certificate (accommodation is possible only accompanied by parents / legal representatives). - For guests from 14 to 18 years of age – to self-accommodate, present the written consent of one of the parents / legal representatives and the original identity document. The design and interior of the rooms may differ from the photos presented on the website. If an extra bed is included in the room rate, a Euro folding bed will be installed in the room. Additional charges may apply for adults and children not listed at the time of booking. The breakfast and dinner rate includes two meals a day for guests: a buffet breakfast is provided in the Talavera restaurant, lunch or dinner on a fixed menu is provided in the room. Breakfast for children up to and including 5 years of age is free of charge when the adult sharing the breakfast includes breakfast. If a guest needs to report on a business trip, when paying for hotel accommodation in cash or by card, upon check-in, it is necessary to present a power of attorney from a legal entity to receive closing documents on a corporate letterhead, indicating the full details. Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the sports center and swimming pool. Children under 14 are not allowed in the gym. Children between the ages of 4 and 18 must be accompanied by adults only on the territory of the sports center and the swimming pool. To visit the gym, guests need clean closed sports shoes and sportswear; to visit the pool – a swimming suit, a swimming cap and slippers.
