Terms of prepayment and cancellation: Policy 1) Special Summer Policy - Current Date until October 25th, 2020 - 7-day cancellation policy (they can cancel for free with 7 days notice, however, will be charged 100% if they cancel within the week window). They are also charged 50% prepayment upon booking. Policy 2) Standard Cancellation policy starting October 26th, 2020. 21days- free cancellation before 21days (504 hours). If they cancel within these 21days there is a 100% payment. They are also required to put a 50% prepayment down when they reserve (which is refundable if they cancel ahead of 21 days).
