Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From the railway station you can get to the accommodation directly by minibus 45 or by taxi. Opposite the house there is a public transport stop Hero Averkiev routes 62, 56, 20. Free public parking is available near the property. The apartments have 2 balconies on both sides of the house, so you can park on either side. An hour before check-in, guests must contact the apartment by call, WhatsApp or telegram, informing them of the estimated time of arrival and departure time in order to schedule maid cleaning. Accommodation with animals: small dogs RUB 500.00 per day, large dogs RUB 1000.00 per day. Rules of accommodation. Check-in after 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment. It is forbidden to throw away or break any of the interior elements; to rearrange without the consent of the administration; to lose keys; to live with animals without the consent of the administration; to leave the front door open; to leave behind garbage, dirty dishes, make noise after 21:00; to damage property. For exceeding the number of guests, eviction will follow. For violation of the rules of accommodation, the administration will be forced to evict guests without refund of the amount paid + deposit; withhold the amount equivalent to the damage from the deposit, or the entire amount. If the amount of the deposit does not cover all the damage, an invoice is issued, if the payment is refused, the administration will go to court.
