Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A prepayment for one day is required for booking. On the day of arrival, guests will receive a code from a mini-safe with a key to the apartment for self-check-in. Also, by prior agreement, a maid can meet guests after 17:00. Upon arrival, an agreement is signed. The apartment's contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The deposit is refunded on the day of check-out, after the maid has checked the apartment. In case of violation of the rules of residence, or damage to property, the deposit may be withheld. Smoking of any kind of cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the territory. The apartment has smoke detectors. It is not allowed to have more guests than was indicated at the time of booking. Video surveillance is conducted on the common territory of the house. Parties and holidays are strictly prohibited. It is not allowed to make noise from 23:00 to 9:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00. The possibility of accommodation with a small dog is discussed individually, for an additional fee.
