Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11/18/2020 N 1853 (as amended on 04/01/2021) «On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation». The check-in of the consumer is carried out subject to the presentation by the consumer of a document proving his identity in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation: - passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation; - passports of the identity of a foreign citizen; - residence permit for stateless persons; - birth certificate - for a person under 14 years of age.
