Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Spain hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please inform Pelayo Deluxe Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please call the staff upon arrival to the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation and a representative will meet guests at the apartment. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible. Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash upon arrival. The following surcharges apply to arrivals at weekends, on public holidays and after 20:00: From 20:00 until 00:00 – EUR 35 From 00:00 until 03.00 – EUR 50 Saturday, Sunday or public holiday: EUR 35 Saturday, Sunday or public holiday from 00:00 until 03.00: EUR 50 If the apartment is not vacated until after 11:00, an extra night will be charged.
