Please inform Porto Home by PCALE in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Check-in after 22h00: 20€. After 23h and until 01h00: 30€. (to be paid in cash at check-in moment) For monthly reservations, electric bills cost until 150€ are covered by the host. If this value is higher, the guest will pay the difference. Special dates (such as new year's) are subject to a €300 damage deposit.
