These 15 apartments are all housed in a building situated in the very centre of Madrid. The office is located in: Calle Doña Barbara de Braganza 12, Bajo E. 28004 Madrid. Please note that you can pay in advance and receive the entry codes to your apartment. If you would like to pay in cash, you need to come to our office and collect the codes here. Please note that except for Online Check In customers, check-in takes place at Barbara de Braganza 12, ground floor, apartment E. Chueca or Colón Metro Stations. A refundable deposit of EUR 150 per apartment will be collected upon check-in for incidental charges, only for group of 6 people, or more.
