You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 250 bond upon check in to cover any damage to the property. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation upon check out. Please advise the property of the number of guests staying in each villa.
