The reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. During the summer months it is closed on Sunday afternoons and during the winter is is closed on Wednesdays and Sunday afternoons. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the residence in advance. For the apartments only : please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Kids Club and Entertainment (for stays of 7 nights +) : - The Kids Club (4 - 12 years) is open from 7 July - 29 August 2014. It must be booked in advance and includes 5 half-days Monday - Friday. - Entertainment is available on site from 7 July - 29 August 2014. You must book to attend various entertainments. There is "Rencontre Ado" (12 - 17 years), "Rendez-Vous MMV" (all the family), "AquaZen" or "AquaTonic". For stays of under 4 nights: cleaning (except kitchen and dishes) and towels are included. Beds are made upon arrival. For stays between 4 - 6 nights: towels are not included but can be rented on site. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Ben linen is included but beds are not made upon arrival.
