As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. A deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking. Please inform Room in Residential Zone Cancun in advance of your expected arrival time.
