All citizens of Israel are charged the national value-added tax in the amount of 17%. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax. The front desk is not open around the clock, since 08:00 AM till 11:00 PM. In case of check-in after 11:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions.
