To use the property's free pick-up service, call upon arrival at Rusutsu Resort Hotel. Please advise the hotel once you know your rough estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests without a dinner meal plan who wish to eat dinner at the property must make a reservation at least 2 days in advance. Dinner is served from 19:00. Breakfast is served from 07:30 or from 08:00. An advance reservation is required for discount one-day ski lift tickets and ski/snowboard rentals.
