Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To arrange check-in, guests are asked to contact the administration at least 24 hours in advance to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. In-person check-in is available: the guests will be greeted at the apartment. Contactless check-in is available as well via a key box safe, which is located next to the apartment door. The code for the safe is given to the guest before check-in. Guests can reach the apartment from the airport by taxi or by boarding bus routes 105, 105c and getting off at the Moscow Hotel stop, then additionally 460 m on foot. Or by boarding bus routes 105, 105c and getting off at the Sberkassa stop without having to go through an underground passage, then additionally 550 m on foot. Guests can also reach the apartment by Lastochka electric train, which departs from the airport, boarding is available in the building next door, on the route Airport — Sochi Railway, then the rest of the distance by taxi or on foot along Navaginskaya Street for 1.1 km.
