Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Reporting documents are provided. Late check-out is possible by agreement. When booking, a contract is drawn up, an advance payment is made. Upon arrival, the contract is signed and the full amount for the entire stay is paid, excluding the advance payment. The advance payment is returned if the reservation is cancelled 7 or more days before check-in. The deposit is returned upon check-out. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a balcony. Accommodation with animals is possible upon agreement with an additional fee. If guests have special requests for preparing the apartment, they can be reported in advance, the administration will be ready to fulfill them. General cleaning and disinfection is carried out after each guest.
