Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests. Booking is possible for a period of at least two days or at the price of two days. Working hours of Apartika company 11:00 AM-08:00 PM. Standard check-in time: from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. Standard check-out time: from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Check-in/check-out outside office hours is by prior arrangement only and subject to availability: -check-in/check-out from 08:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) is RUB 1500.00. -check-in/check-out from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM is RUB 2000.00. The security deposit is payable in cash upon check-in. The deposit is returned after cleaning. Pets are not allowed. No smoking. Parties and noise from 10:00 PM to 11:00 AM are strictly prohibited.
