Please let Santa Ana Apartamentos know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you are delayed by 30 minutes or more, please inform the property. The office is open from 09.00 until 18.00, from Monday to Friday. Guests expecting to arrive outside these times are kindly requested to contact the property directly and in advance to specify their estimated time of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that arrivals between 21:00 and 01:00 are subject to a EUR 20 surcharge. Please note, check-in after 01:00 are not possible.
