Guests are required to make a prepayment immediately after making a reservation using the details provided in the welcome letter and send confirmation of payment to the cottage administrator. No bookings will be accepted without final cleaning. An extra bed or baby cot with a high chair is available for rent at a cost of EUR 25.00 per stay. Pets are accepted upon special request in advance, at a cost of EUR 20.00 per day, maximum EUR 120.00 per stay. Only dogs are allowed. A refundable deposit of EUR 250.00 is required and is refundable within a week after your stay, when the house is cleaned and keys are returned back to the key box. Guests are required to email a copy of their ID or passport and a list of guests' full names with dates of birth and passport numbers to confirm the reservation regarding the booking. All cottages have a jacuzzi, air conditioners for both heating and cold, stone fireplaces, saunas, Stream TV, Wi-Fi.
