Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To confirm the reservation, you must pay an advance payment in the amount of one overnight stay. The prepayment invoice will be sent to the email address provided when booking. Prepayment must be made by the guest no later than 48 hours before arrival. Prepayment is not refundable if canceled less than 3 days prior to arrival. Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00, departure from 09:00 to 12:00. Contactless check-in is organized in the apartments. Guests can check in from 14:00 at any time convenient for them, even at night. Guests are required to verify their identity by providing a scanned copy or passport photo (first page and registration, as well as a photo of their face). Guests are also required to pay a security deposit in the amount of RUB 2000.00 prior to arrival. The security deposit is required to ensure the safety of property and compliance with the rules of residence. The deposit is returned during the day of departure, when the maid takes over the apartment. The administrator will send all the necessary information.
