Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is not open around the clock. In case of check-in after 03:00 AM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Bed linen for extra beds is available for a fee. Not all apartments are allowed to host events, please check with the manager when booking. If the number of guests increases, the cost is calculated at the rate of 1500.00 RUB/1 guest. A non-refundable deposit for services and a refundable deposit in the same amount are charged upon check-in. The deposit is charged if the guest limit is exceeded. The non-refundable deposit includes the use of the mini-bar and SPA facilities, ordering additional snacks and dishes from the menu, as well as breakfasts and romantic/festive decoration with balloons.
