Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is not open around the clock. Check-in after 09:00 PM by prior agreement. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

• If a visa is required to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide the necessary documents to obtain it. Please contact the hotel for more details. Additional charges may apply for these services, even if the reservation is subsequently cancelled. All arrangements are made solely between the guest and the hotel.
Russian citizens: upon arrival, adults (14 years of age and older) must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (foreign passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). For all children (under 14 years of age) birth certificates must be presented. If a child is traveling with a relative (excluding parents) or a guardian, documents confirming his right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival. Foreign Citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card upon arrival.

• Breakfast supplement (on request): RUB 200.00 for adults and RUB 200.00 for children (approx.)
• Airport transfer fee: RUB 500.00 per vehicle
