Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Please note that keys delivery and check-in takes place at the office on Karavannaya street 7, daily from 09:00 to 21:00 & at the office on Moskovsky Railway Station, daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Guests should inform administration in which office they prefer to get keys. Guests arriving before 09:00 and after 22:00 are kindly requested to contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. STN Apartments may require a security deposit, which is refundable upon check out if the rented apartment is in the same condition. Please note that visa support for foreigners is provided free of charge. In case of no show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. The credit card used for this reservation must be valid for the entire stay. Guests must present this credit card upon check-in.
