Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional charge. Check-in before 12:00 PM will be charged for 1 day's stay, check-in between 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM will be charged for half a day's stay. Late check-out from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM will be charged for half a day's stay, check-out after 05:00 PM will be charged for 1 day's stay. This extra service is provided by prior arrangement if the apartment is available. Check-in to the apartment is done with the manager before 06:00 PM, after 06:00 PM it is possible to check in independently with 100% prepayment. The apartment is rented to non-smoking guests only. Daily bookings are accepted until 11:00 PM. When booking for dates from 30.12 to 06.01, an advance payment and a deposit of RUB 5000.00 for the safety of property are required, which is returned upon departure.
