Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Specific apartments will only be confirmed immediately prior to arrival and information is subject to change. Upon arrival, a deposit for the safety of property is collected, it is returned upon departure after checking the apartment. Visa support for foreign citizens is free of charge. In case of no-show, the full price of 1 night will be charged. The validity of the credit card used for booking must cover the entire stay. Guests must present this credit card upon check-in. When booking a room with another person, please contact the property to arrange payment for a third party. Contact details are on the booking confirmation. Guests can leave their belongings for free at the company office in the morning until the time of arrival at the apartment (14:00) or until the evening on the day of departure.
