Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle a deposit via Paypal on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with the hotel's bank Paypal account. The remaining amount needs to be paid in cash upon checking-in. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made once email is received. Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 22:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly via either email or phone.
