A fee of MYR 400 is to be borne by guests who violate the smoke-free policy in non-smoking guestrooms and property areas.
A security deposit of MYR 100 per night by cash or credit card pre-authorization is required upon check-in for incidentals.
The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Credit card pre-authorization will be released by Merchant Bank and it might take at least 14 business days after check-out.
