Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To obtain a pass to enter the apartment, it is necessary to send passport photos of all residents, including additional guests, in advance. Payment is made only by bank transfer (the payment system commission of 3.5% should be taken into account). The accommodation of additional guests is discussed and reviewed by the administrator on an individual basis. The accommodation of the third guest is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 4000.00. The invitation of the guests is agreed with the administrator at least one day before arrival. Additional guests must also have the original passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation with them. Guests can enter the room between 15:00 and 22:00 accompanied by the administrator. The exact time of arrival of the guests must be informed in advance. Apartments are not available for rent for large and noisy companies. The reservation department and the reception are open 24 hours a day. Guests are kindly requested to inform about their arrival 1 hour before arrival. If guests plan to check in at different times, they must be informed in advance. Overnight check-in is possible by agreement for an additional fee of RUB 5000.00. Early check-in is possible by agreement and for an additional fee of RUB 3000.00. Late check-out is discussed with the administrator. Cleaning is carried out at the request of the guest, organized through the administrator. On-site parking is urban, free for 10 minutes after entry, then paid in the amount of RUB 400.00 per hour.
