Check-In Procedure & DepositPlease be informed that the villa does not accept third party credit card payments. You will be required to kindly present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. In the event that you do not have the credit card used to make the booking, you will be required to make full payment on the credit card that you have in your possession. Charges on the previous credit card will be refunded within 14 working days.The Townhouse requires a deposit of RM 1,000 per room per night upon check-in. Remainder amount shall be returned upon check-out. Deposits can be paid by cash or any major credit cards. Debit cards and travellers cheques are NOT accepted.

Smoking PolicySmoking is strictly prohibited in The Townhouse. Tenants are permitted to smoke on the front porch and outside deck of ground floor only. Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking* is not permitted on balconies of the first or second floors. Should a tenant smoke inside the house, rooms and living areas, they will forfeit their deposit and subject to a cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s room charge at the prevailing rate. Please be kind enough to respect this agreement.*Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mu’assal).
