Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. There will be a scheduled maintenance that will take place at the property in the coming months. The elevator in the Lobby Building will be out of service for maintenance from April 21, 2025, to June 5, 2025. Guests staying in Deluxe Pool View Rooms will need to use the stairs during this time. The elevator in the other building, which serves Standard, Deluxe, and Junior Suite Rooms, will remain operational as usual. Hotel administration apologizes for any inconvenience.
