Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. List of documents for accommodation of guests: Check-in at the hotel is subject to the presentation by the consumer of an identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation: - passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; - a passport of a citizen of the USSR, before replacing it with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; - birth certificate (for persons under 14 years of age); - a foreign passport, for citizens of the Russian Federation permanently residing outside the Russian Federation; - temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation; - passport of a foreign citizen; - a document issued by a foreign state proving the identity of a stateless person; - temporary residence permit for a stateless person, - residence permit of a stateless person. Important information regarding the accommodation of minors: Check-in at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of their legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person (persons) who are with them, provided that such accompanying person (persons) provides a written consent of legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minors. Check-in at the hotel of minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of being next to them by legal representatives (parents, adoptive parents, guardians), is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of these minors (civil passport), subject to the written consent of legal representatives ( one of them). Please note that for the registration of minors at the hotel, the consent of the legal representative must contain the full passport data of the legal representative or a copy of the civil passport must be attached. Data of the legal representative required for settlement: - full name - citizenship (country) - date of birth - place of birth (country, city) - sex - series passport number (civilian) - passport issuing authority (code) - date of issue - address of registration (according to the stamp in the passport)

Russian citizens: Adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport at check-in (international Russian passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all Russian children (aged under 14) at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (rather than a parent) is traveling in Russia with a child under 14, that relative or legal guardian is also required to present documentation certifying authority to accompany child at check-in. Foreign citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card at check-in.
