Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The Half Board rate includes a one-time visit to the spa, while the All-Inclusive rate includes daily access to the spa for 90 minutes. Before check-in, guests are required to make a prepayment of 20% of the booking cost by transfer to a bank card. The hotel provides a baby cot free of charge for children under 3 years of age. The cost for set lunches/dinners is RUB 1500.00 per person. Accommodation with pets is available in Standard and Deluxe patio rooms, as well as in the cottage. Pet weight available for placement: up to 20 kg.
